Must Have: Minimum Qualifications
- 7-9 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering; or
- 3-5 years of experience with a Master’s Degree in engineering discipline/Pharmaceutical; or
- Medical industry experience preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience designing and testing medical device preferred
- Experience with ReliaSoft or similar reliability software packages
- Working knowledge of design controls, risk management, Reliability planning and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
- Extensive expert level of knowledge of reliability engineering /lean six- sigma principles including failure investigations, preventive maintenance, service etc.
- Skilled in statistical methods, DOE studies, Weibull analysis and sampling plans.
- Design for Six Sigma, Critical to Quality training and experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple geographies.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Customer focused and service oriented
