Must Haves:
- Strong business acumen and experience of working successfully in a matrix organisation.
- Able to demonstrate a track record of strong personal development.
- Experience of executing successful product launches, territory planning and forecasting experience (from a sales/sales management perspective).
- Experience in medical device sales
- Strong ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others internally and externally.
- Live on territory
Nice to Haves:
- Proven track record in people management incl. coaching, development, performance management of individuals/teams is strongly desired
- University degree in business administration or science.
- Professional coaching qualification.
- Experience of working in the Cranial Spine specialities.
