Salesforce.com Sales/Marketing Cloud Consultant
Must Have – Minimum Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ experience in similar business facing, relationship management roles
- 2-5 years Salesforce.com administration experience
- Experience with SAP will be viewed favourably
- Training experience preferred
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience especially Commercial and IT stakeholders
- Ability and willingness to handle additional workload during peak periods
- Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment – especially able to work and influence within a large team without direct reporting lines
- Is a promoter of Salesforce.com as the key sales enablement system
- Ability to capture and document business requirements from multiple sources
- Can initiate and develop project plans in collaboration with Commercial and IT stakeholders
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and positive
