Business Intelligence and Data Specialist
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or related) in Business, Information Technology, or Science and a minimum of 7 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in business facing/relationship management roles within business analytics or data management
- Salesforce.com Administrator/Advanced Administrator experience and knowledge of Medtronic systems (e.g. SAP)
- Advanced level of knowledge of MS Office suite software including Project, Excel, PowerPoint
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience especially Commercial and IT stakeholders
- Ability to synthesize requirements into valid business cases and execution plans
- Coaching and influencing skills
- Technical ability to agile create quick data insights from existing systems
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and positive
- Medical devices or pharmaceutical sector experience is preferred
