Must
Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s
degree required.
Minimum of
3 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 1
year of relevant experience.
Understanding of basic management
approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process
execution.
Requires advanced knowledge of job area
obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Nice to
Have
BS degree in Engineering or
Technical Sciences.
Experience in Medical Device
and / or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Manufacturing Management
experience within a controlled and regulated industry.
Ability to communicate
effectively and diplomatically with a wide variety of people.
Good writing and documentation
skills.
Good organizational skills.
Good verbal communication
skills.
Personal computer skills in a
variety of software programs such as Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, inventory
management system, and manufacturing execution systems that support the
manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and understand
assembly work instructions and engineering blueprints.
