Requirements
EDUCATION REQUIRED:

BS / BA degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of project/team management
experience with BS/BA (3+ with advanced degree)
- 3+ years of progressive leadership
experience in functional area or related field
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE HIGHLY
PREFFERED
·
Experience with
verification and validation or design of complex software and hardware systems
·
Understanding of software
development methodologies and software lifecycle
·
Ability to work in a team
environment
Nice to Have
·
Proven leadership skills
and mentoring capabilities
·
Able to handle multiple
tasks/projects and manage priorities
·
Experience with Agile and
iterative development practices
·
Strong understanding of
federal and international medical device regulations, such as FDA QSR, ISO
14971, 62304, and 13485, and EU MDR
·
Excellent interpersonal, written,
and verbal communications, time management, and organizational skills
·
Engineering management
experience in a regulated environment
·
Experience managing
contractors and offshore teams
