Must Have – Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering related disciplines, is essential
- 9+ years’ experience in clinical research, hospital, engineering, or medical devices (7+ years’ experience with Master’s degree or 4+ years’ with PhD)
- 9+ years’ experience collaborating with cross functional clinical partners, customers or sales colleagues in the health care industry (7+ years’ experience with Master’s degree or 4+ years’ with PhD)
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross functional clinical partners, customers or sales colleagues with a successful track record in building strong relationships with physicians
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability in interacting effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds as well as the ability to understand and convey complex technical concepts
- Ability to travel extensively with ease (>75 % of the time; national and international)
Nice To Have
- 2+ years’ experience in the management of clinical devices
- 2+ years’ experience working in a cath lab, biomedical engineering, hospital/clinic or medical sales capacity
- 2+ years’ experience directly supporting clinical research or similar experience in a medical/scientific area
- Cardiac rhythm management device, cardiac mapping and ablation techniques training
- Multilingual - Language skills in English, Mandarin/ Cantonese Chinese, Malay and/ or Tamil
