Customer Service Representative

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 + years’ work experience in an office environment.
• Being familiar with audit and compliancy regulations.
• Good communication skills (telephone & email).
• Proactive personality.
• Problem solving skills.

• Experience using: SAP and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good knowledge of the local healthcare system would be preferred.
• Previous customer service experience.
