Inventory Planning Program Manager
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field plus 7+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution or Customer Service including 3+ years in managing staff
- Planning and inventory management experience
- Knowledge of distribution, logistics, warehousing, and transportation in a highly regulated industry
- Experience in MRP and ERP systems including JDA Manugistics, JDEdwards E1, SAP (APO, ECC)
- Demonstrated use of Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Experience establishing key performance indicators
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong management and analytical skills
- Ability to cultivate an environment focused on customer satisfaction, through building productive external and internal relationships
- Experience with hands-on utilization of current supply chain software applications and systems
- Strong project planning and management capabilities
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders
- Knowledge of finance, DC operations, sales, marketing, customer service, and distributor relation functions
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
