Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of finance, accounting or systems experience with a bachelor’s degree (0+ years of experience with an advanced degree)
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or IT
2+ years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in a medium to large organization
High attention to detail and focus on accuracy within a team environment along with the ability to work independently
Experience with Excel & PowerPoint
Experience with Hyperion or an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system such as Oracle, JD Edwards or equivalent
Experience with SAP
Excellent data validation, prioritization and organizational skills
Thorough understanding of accounting theory and practice
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated success communicating throughout all levels of the organization
