New products - Program Manager

Must Have: 

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or Biotechnology required
• Advanced degree preferred
• Certified PMI Project Management Professional preferred

Experience: 

• At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management with progressively increasing managerial and technical roles
  
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and in budget

• Product development experience in a highly regulated environment required

Preferred Skills:

• Medical device development and FDA experience

• Familiarity with FDA Design Control Guidelines

• Strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with all levels in an organization

• Proven ability to deliver Projects on time, within budget, meeting business expectations

• Must be proficient in both written and oral communication skills both in Hebrew and English

• Experienced with Microsoft project and office

• Successfully lead a medical device project from concept to market in FDA regulated industry

• Demonstrated strong planning and organizational skills

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/SCOPE:

This position is in the PMO group and has close contacts with all other functions in the organization.  Primary interfaces include Research & Development, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Service.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Normal Office conditions, with some visits to customer sites. Travel will be required up to 20%.
