Senior Consultant, Integrated Health Solutions, Dutch Speaking, Belgium based

As part of the EMEA Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Consultancy team, consultants should be able to:

• Have a passion to help leading hospital clients improve healthcare and build our consulting practice
• Partner with hospital stakeholders, influencing them by developing well-articulated situation analysis and business cases for change
• Develop actionable plans for immediate improvement and drive implementation
• Capture learnings and best-practices to continuously help its international network of clients
• Work in teams as well as independently, according to standardized practices developed by the team
• Share and communicate determined best practices actively with clients and in the team

Senior Consultants within the IHS team require strong and demonstrable:

• Problem-solving skills, preferably core consulting skills
• Project management skills: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, relationship building, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
• Presentation and communication skills
• Partnering and collaboration skills (team-player)
• Customer and Business sensitivity, able to navigate in a matrix organization
• Change management skills
• Ability to business travel in Benelux pending the COVID conditions
• A clean driver’s license
• Fluent in Dutch & English - other language skills are a plus

How we see experience level!

• Relevant Master’s degree with excellent academic and extracurricular results
• 2+ years of working experience
• Healthcare industry knowledge and /or experience

Senior Consultant level - in addition to qualification as a Consultant:

• 3+ years of relevant consulting experience
• Proven track record in driving end to end transformation: from analyses to implementation
