Must Have: Minimum Requirements
BASIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
Bachelors degree required
Requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
NICE TO HAVE:
• PhD preferred, with 8+ years of relevant industry experience with PhD in science or engineering
• In-depth knowledge in machine learning, signal processing, data analytics, statistics and modeling
• Extensive programming experience with MATLAB and/or Python
• Experience of leading a technical team to solve complex problems and interacting with a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional team
• Extensive hands-on experience developing and implementing advanced and complex algorithms
• Experience in developing machine learning algorithms, preferred for medical applications (signal characterization and modeling, feature engineering, training, tuning, validating and testing algorithms, analysis, visualization and interpretation, evaluation metrics and best practices)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively
• Demonstrated ability in managing/supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Experience with medical device R&D life cycle
• Experience with software source code repository tool (e.g., Git, Subversion)
• Experience with Big Data and Cloud environments
• Familiarity with continuous glucose monitoring technologies
• An aptitude for learning new platforms and technologies
