R&D Lab Supervisor
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
- Requires broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree in a STEM related discipline.
- Willingness to collaborate across Medtronic businesses to share and leverage capabilities, competencies and best practices
- Ability to form and foster strong working relationships with employees, understanding their strengths and supporting their development plans
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate working across multiple functions and businesses while supporting multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex and sometimes competing demands for employee and equipment time.
- Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC Methodology and/or Six Sigma Certification.
