Market Development Specialist, Diabetes, UK

Must Haves

• Marketing diploma or degree.
• Experience in digital marketing and campaign creation.
• Responsible for driving digital marketing educational initiatives to optimise campaign adoption.
• Proven data analytic skills including identifying market trends.
• Ability to collaborate with other marketing teams to create meaningful customer and patient solutions to increase brand value and patient therapy options. 
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across education and marketing as well as external customers.
• Highly motivated, focused and have the ability to self-manage.
• Ability to communicate within a matrix management structure.
• Flexibility to travel and to stay away from home as necessary.
• Ability to act in a timely order to achieve set objectives 
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, excel, word, power point, outlook, adobe.
• Full driving license 

Nice to Haves

• Previous background in medical education
• Knowledge of Type 1 Diabetes disease state
• Knowledge of Diabetes Technology (insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring)
