Must Have: Minimum Requirements- BS degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Nice to Have:
- MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline and prefer 5+ years in Product Engineering or a related discipline
- Knowledge of medical device design, test, fabrication
- Knowledge of wafer fab process and process integration
- Experience in post-market monitoring or other post market medical field related roles
- Must be able to apply basic principles, theories, and concepts in electronic circuits/systems
- Must be able to apply basic principles, theories, and concepts in mechanical engineering and systems engineering
- Experience with engineering lab or benchtop systems (power supplies, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc)
- Experience applying a variety of statistical tools to production data to improve product and process understanding (Six Sigma, DMAIC, Minitab, JMP, Spotfire, Streetwise, etc.)
- Experience with design of experiments
- Must be able to develop technical solutions to complex problems that require critical thinking
- Coach / Mentor other employees
- Must be team-oriented and able to guide the successful completion of major programs in a project leader role.
- Leadership skills associated with influence management
- Strong statistical analysis skills
- Strong overall communication skills
- Strong technical writing skills
- Strong presentation skills and experience using presentation tools and applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
- Experience working in or with a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in or with regulated environments.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
