Project Manager Instrumentation – Surgical Robotics
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to Have
Master’s Degree in Engineering or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Project Management or Engineering
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
Expert knowledge of engineering management, both tools and process (project tracking / scheduling; document management; issue tracking, etc)
2+ years of experience with medical devices and systems
Comfortable with a range of project management methodologies (sequential, waterfall, Scrum, Agile, etc)
Well-versed in R&D, product development, and clinical / regulatory process (e.g. ISO 14971, ISO 13485)
2+ years of experience leading diverse and complex projects
Strong written and oral communication skills
Able to influence all customers (both internal and external) on issues that impact the business and its technical service and product strategies
- Experience coordinating multiple teams to execute concurrent, interdependent projects
