Must haves

Biomedical Engineering or equivalent technical university degree
Registration of a recognized Professional Board is highly desirable
Certification in Project Management will be an advantage 
Min 7+ years of experience in equipment and medical sector (hospital) with experience in capital equipment management and planning
Minimum 5+ years of international experience 
Experience in CathLabs (CLs) and Operation Rooms (ORs) is a must
Demonstrated experience managing project design, cost/budget, scope, schedule, and resources
Experience in Turnkey Hospitals is a must
Experience in technology assessing and planning for the diverse hospital departments
Experience or familiarity to the service and maintenance of the equipment
Experience in project management and reporting
Strong knowledge of principles and techniques of carrying out Healthcare Facilities assessments
Willingness to travel mainly in Europe and occasionally in North Africa (30-40%)
Based in Europe

Software Skills: MS Office; MS Project

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and working relations with people in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
Ability to manage, organize, plan and implement work assignments, juggle competing demands and work under pressure of frequent and tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to apply good judgment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle a range of management and coordination issues.     
Proven track record in technical advice and management of capital equipment, preferable in the field of cardiology and surgery and Medical IT. 
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
Navigation skills under uncertainty
Organization oriented with technical imprint
Experience working within a multi-national team
Strong communication skills
Strong customer focus
Commercial acumen
English and French Fluency in speaking and writing
Independent, self-starter with project management experience
