Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree coupled with postgraduate degree
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively expanding sales and marketing responsibilities, with consistent strong performance (sales leadership)/ Minimum of 5 years successful people management experience
• Medical device industry experience
• Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales & marketing management as well as other functions
• Strong proven leadership
• Strong ability to get plans executed from direct reports
• Proven track record to work independently, while achieving aggressive personal and geographic objectives
• Proven track record of good judgment. Demonstrated integrity and respect of peers and subordinates
• Strong Marketing competence and market & business development track record
• Business planning analysis – strategic planning, etc.
• Familiar with business policies in a multinational environment
• Fluent in English
• Willingness and acceptance to travel min. 60% of the time
• Living in the Nordics
Nice to haves
• Cross-countries sales or marketing leadership experience in a medical device international company preferred
• Experience in highly competitive market preferred
• Knowledge of Neurovascular therapies is a very strong preference
• Track record which clearly indicates effective management and motivation of other groups in a multi-cultural environment (multiple European countries)
• Additional European language (Dutch, any Nordic) will be a huge plus
