HR Operations Specialist
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, or a related discipline, coupled with 4+ years’ experience in an HR operations role, ideally within a large matrix organisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to connect across all levels of an organisation
- Strong skills across the entire MS Office suite of products
- High attention to detail, and an ability to prioritize in a fast paced and fluid environment
- A customer focused approach with exceptional follow through and accountability
- Exposure to and experience with Workday or a similar HR information system would be highly desirable
Salary range: 70,000 to 85,000
