- Bachelor's Degree AND 5 years of sales experience with 3 of those 5 years in medical sales; or
- Bachelor's Degree AND 3 years of Medtronic RTG (Pain, Brain or Spine) Clinical Specialist or Sales Rep I experience along with 2 years of additional prior clinical or medical sales experience
- Proven track record in delivering results.
- Prioritize activities and allocate resources for greatest effectiveness.
- Exemplary written and verbal communications skills.
- Leadership skills to guide cross functional teams.
- Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment.
- Demonstrated abstract and concrete problem-solving skills.
Physical Job Requirements
- Maintain and transport demonstration equipment to customers’ premises as required. Physical handling of this equipment is therefore integral to the position.
- The employee must be able to lift 20 pounds per job requirement.
- The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
- Must be able to travel
