- Bachelors in Engineering or Science degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Nice to Have:
•Experience with equipment sets from Applied Materials AMAT or SUSS
•Experience with selectively depositing thin film polymer solutions on wafers
•Extensive experience with various coatings/deposition and printing methodologies including spray, slot, inkjet, aerosol, spin, vapor, etc.
•Experience with polymer formulation solution control and interactions with deposition/printing processes
•Strong demonstrated fundamentals in fluid mechanics and fluidic systems
•Exposure to microfabrication/MEMS processes including photolithography, thin-film deposition, and patterning techniques
•Experience in developing a process from concept to transfer in manufacturing and/or Experience
working in a high-volume facility
•Experience with DRM / DFSS, Lean Sigma, or Green/Black Belt Lean Sigma certification
•Knowledge of DOE, statistical analysis methods and data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, etc.)
•PhD in Materials science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer and coatings Science, Biomedical Engineering, or similar discipline
