- University degree in a medical/bio-engineering relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in medical devices industry (electrophysiology or coronary area experience will be an advantage).
- Fluency in English.
- Analytical thinker with a strong ability to think through issues in a structured way, to develop insights and ability to derive quality decisions out of analysis.
- Strong ability to share knowledge, theoretically and practically, strong presentation skills.
- Trustworthy individual, able to build a strong internal & external network of stakeholders remotely and capable of working with a number of internal and external stakeholders on reaching defined business goals.
- Customer focus (ability to understand the customer needs is a must).
- Understanding the impact on patient & customer.
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative thinker, creative.
- Competent & confident with new technology (systems & programs).
- Strong negotiation skills & ability to close deals with customers.
- Willing to travel intensively (Poland).
