Principal Clinical Evidence Specialist, Restorative Therapies Group, Neuromodulation

To be considered for this role, the minimum requirements must be evident on your resume. 

• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 7 years of experience supporting clinical/medical research, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting clinical/medical research

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MA, MPH, PharmD, PhD, DVM, MD) in scientific field of study (e.g., biological science, physical therapy, social science, engineering, or other related medical/scientific field).
• Clinical Research experience at Medtronic.
• At least two years of study management experience preferred
• Experience in technical writing such as clinical study plans, clinical reports, scientific manuscripts, clinical evidence reports. 
• Experience in assessing medical evidence
• Experience in publication planning
• Project management skills and experience with related tools (Microsoft Project)
• Familiarity with ICMJE guidelines and Good Publication Practices
• Proficient knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge in the areas of neurology and/or psychiatry
• Working experience with clinical and outcomes research study design, Good Clinical Practices, and global clinical regulations, including FDA regulations and ICH guidelines, for devices, biologics, and/or pharmaceuticals.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Power Point 

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement solutions, including identifying and involving the appropriate decision makers
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and hold individuals accountable to deliverables; ability to achieve objectives and milestones
• Demonstrated ability to identify and adapt to shifting priorities and competing demands, and maintain composure in difficult circumstances
• Ability to provide performance feedback and ability to appropriately respond to feedback from customers and coworkers
• Willingness to accept challenging assignments and engage in relevant developmental activities
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with co-workers in a cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• High attention to detail and accuracy
