Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices or any highly regulated manufacturing industry.
Nice To Have:
- PMP Certification is an advantage
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
Your Profile:
- Experience in successfully leading projects or programs.
- Ability to lead projects in a matrix structure
- Project management experience (including experience in a leadership capacity)
- Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one job area.
- Understanding of various manufacturing process for metals, polymers, packaging, cleanroom supplies is a plus.
- ISO13485 quality standard
- Travelling to supplier and Medtronic manufacturing sites will be required.
