Must Have:
•You will need a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in a training, field sales, sales support, clinical or technical
role in the medical device or healthcare industry (5 years with Advanced Degree)
•Medical device experience with cardiac rhythm technology, products and services
•Previous experience as an instructor, presenter or facilitator in a healthcare setting
•Project planning experience
Nice to Have:
•Master’s Degree in Instructional Design/Development, Education and/or Biological Sciences
•International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners Certification- IBHRE AP or EP (formerly known as TESTAMUR
NASPExAM)
•Completed CRHF Technical Training Program
•Experience with a mix of technical training responsibilities including experience with synchronous and asynchronous
learning, education technology including learning management systems
•Design, development, delivery and evaluation of product and procedure based technical education and training using
blended learning solutions.
