Sales Strategy and Operations Consultant
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors’ degree in Business or Electrical Engineering or closely related field and 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience in all of the following: Sales and market analytics; Sales reporting, forecasting and Sales Force Effectiveness in the medical device industry; Predictive analytics, data visualization, market modeling, territory segmentation, customer segmentation, business planning and analysis; SAS, Map Point, Business Objects, SQL / PLSQL server databases, SQL queries, VBA Macros, Array functions, Lookup functions, Pivot tables and MS Office suite products; Strategic analytics for sales reporting, CRM management, sales forecasting, incentive compensation design and management; Creating and managing order process flow, reporting, pricing and contracting with customers through a CRM system; Setup and design of CRM system interface across multiple roles and processes; Creating sales dashboards, KPI’s and reports to effectively present data that provide actionable insights; Performance analysis at individual customer, territory, district and regional level.
