Health Economics Program Manager, Russia
Must Haves:
• Post graduate university degree in Economics, Health Economics, Science or Medicine.
• Expert knowledge of the Russian Healthcare and Reimbursement systems (Russia, EU, global).
• Working knowledge of statistical methods, epidemiology, outcomes research, critical analysis and quality of life methods.
• Demonstrated experience with strong negotiation skills; influence management skills; ability to partner with internal and external businesses; presentation and facilitation skills.
• Advanced level of English (both oral & written)
• Requires minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Experience in the development and adaptation of economic models.
• Experience of reimbursement / funding / market access applications in Russia.
• Existing Network within local Health Economic Society.
• Successful market access applications.
• Understanding of Russian federal and regional quota system for medical procedure funding.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Results and quality orientation.
• Customer focus.
• Business acumen.
• Relationships building and ability to work in team environment.
• Effective communications in English (written and oral) and in Russian.
• Presentation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (20% travelling mainly in the Russian regions for data collection and potentially to EU for Reimbursement meetings).
