JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s degree in relevant functional area
• Excellent in English and Arabic, other language skills are a plus
JOB EXPERIENCE
• 5-7+ years as consultant from a top tier consulting firm or high end healthcare consulting firm (at least senior manager level)
• Extensive experience in the healthcare environment and in dealing with hospitals’ C-suite/Sr. Management/stakeholders
• Strong and demonstrable program management skills: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, relationship building, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
• Strong people management / coaching and mentoring skills to manage and develop talented teams
• Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation, strategy development through detailed implementation and results delivery
• Experience of how to work and communicate in international environments preferably in Matrix
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
• Excellent generic consulting skills especially problem solving
• Strong program management and change management skills
• Distinctive people and team management skills with a strong team development and coaching ethos
• Strong ability to develop and foster business relationships with continuously changing stakeholders and confidence to build trust based relationships with CEO’s
• Thorough knowledge of the decision making process within hospitals (physicians, C-suite, economic buyers)
• Strong business acumen / linking pin to commercial business development
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Willingness to travel within region and within Saudi Arabia and Arabian Peninsula States (up to 65%)
