Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

Nice to Have:

  • Demonstrated track record of achievement in bringing new, high risk technologies from inception through technology development and integration.

  • Advanced engineering or Robotics degree strongly preferred.

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Customer centric mindset with demonstrated experience in User Needs research and tools.

  • Broad and deep technology knowledge and understanding.

  • Equally comfortable in communicating with Software, Hardware, Mechanical, Machine Learning and Human Factors engineers as well as surgeons.

  • Able to prioritize and address emerging and unplanned or time sensitive deadlines.

  •  Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills.

  • Creative thinker with innate curiosity

  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in developing technology for surgery strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead system-level architecture, requirements definition, analysis, and risk mitigation programs
