- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Basic Requirements Preferred:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Market Research, Design or related field
•Experience with a focus on front end concept exploration and user facing testing.
•Wants to make a big impact on how people experience healthcare through elegantly designed interactions
•Strong creative problem solving and pattern recognition skills
•Skilled facilitator who loves guiding groups through ambiguous and contentious scenarios by creating a safe space for collaboration and breakthroughs.
•Curious, empathetic, creative and a continual learner
•Demonstrates resourcefulness and creativity in problem solving with unconventional yet feasible ways to uncover insights with constrained resources
•Is self-motivated and proactive, always thinking ahead for the team
•Is dissatisfied with mediocrity and wants to be one-of-the-best in their field (SME)
•Enjoys the benefit of working with a diverse and highly-skilled team
•A strong candidate will present their work via portfolio, case studies, or other examples
Technical Skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PPT, Word, Excel)
•Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) or other prototyping and visual tools is a plus.
•Background in Healthcare and/or Medical Device preferred
Design Research Skills
•Sense-making and pattern recognition
•Critical thinking and creative problem solving
•Data visualization and storytelling (personas, journey mapping)
•Keen observer and fluid discussion manager
Business Skills
•Experience in verbally presenting insights, ideas and concepts
•Expertise in visually communicating insights, ideas, and concepts
•Resource planning, project timelines, proposal generation
•Consulting experience desired.
