Minimum of 7 years of sales experience and expert level knowledge of company products and services
- Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility with surgeons and OR staff
- Previous successful Capital Sales selling experience
- Experience selling to physicians teaching a new procedure and selling a new paradigm
- Experience discussing reimbursement related to a medical device
- Experience with prospecting for new business and cold calling
