Must Have
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or another related field
• 8+ years of cross functional / cross geography project management experience in a matrix organization
• Project management experience with commercial / sales organizations (preferred: complex business and transformational projects involving multiple teams/ countries and stakeholders)
• Strong project management and change management skills
• Strong organizational skills used to drive to timely results
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• You are located in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland or Denmark
• Fluent in English
Nice to have
• Project Management certification (PMP)
• Experience in medical device industry
• Business transformation
• Consulting experience
• Fluent local language (Dutch, French, German, Danish)
