Quality Systems Manager - Distribution
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of work experience in Quality and/or experience in a regulated industry OR Advanced Degree with 3+ years of work experience in Quality and/or experience in a regulated industry.
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a medical device and/or distribution environment.
Prior management experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Quality regulations, standards, guidelines, directives.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or biomedical engineering or another relevant field
Operations or Quality Management experience in a distribution environment.
Skillful in formulating strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve results. Strong focus on developing an organizational culture that fosters a Quality Mindset
Ability to effectively influence key decision makers.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Travel 10-20% Domestic and International.
