Principal Field Education Specialist
- Min. Bachelors’ degree
- Min. 4 years of relevant experience (in sales, training and/or medical education)
- Fluency in English and Polish
- A team player with a track record of working collaboratively cross-functional and generate impact and results through others
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong presentation skills, self-confident
- Willingness to travel (up to 70% of time)
- Medical device or clinical training experience
- Knowledge of Interventional Procedures
- Experience with Neurovascular platforms
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience developing, implementing, and delivery of educational plans and programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
