Payment Support Coordinator - Slovakia
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Fluent in English and Slovak
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- 10 years general work experience
- Document management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Access)
- 2 + years of processing payments
- Demonstrated knowledge in a clinical area
- Proficient knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications (e.g. MS Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of clinical and outcomes research study and a general understanding of clinical process, regulations and regulatory standards
- Familiarity with GCP and regulatory and compliance guidelines for clinical trials
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Effectively work independently and in a team setting
- Develops solutions to problems and refers to policies and guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Independently performs specialized function-related tasks
- Represents organization on specific projects
