QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

Education
• Biomedical Engineering or equivalent technical university degree
• Registration of a recognized Professional Board is highly desirable.
• Certification in Project Management will be an advantage

Experience
• Min 7+ years of experience in equipment and medical sector (hospital) with experience in capital equipment management and planning
• Minimum 5+ years of international experience across Europe
• Experience in CathLabs (CLs) and Operation Rooms (ORs) is a must
• Demonstrated experience managing project design, cost/budget, scope, schedule, and resources
• Experience in Turnkey Hospitals is a plus
• Experience in technology assessing and planning for the diverse hospital departments
• Experience or familiarity to the service and maintenance of the equipment
• Experience in project management and reporting
• Strong knowledge of principles and techniques of carrying out Healthcare Facilities assessments

• Capability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals.
• Prioritize multiple, complex projects and programs within specific time frames.
• Oversee and participate in the compilation of data, maintenance of records and files, and the preparation of clear and concise administrative and technical reports.
• Demonstrate an awareness and appreciation of the cultural diversity of the community.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work without very close supervision in a high-pressure environment
• Software Skills: MS Office; MS Project
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and working relations with people in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
• Ability to manage, organize, plan and implement work assignments, juggle competing demands and work under pressure of frequent and tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to apply good judgment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle a range of management and coordination issues.    
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
• Navigation skills under uncertainty
• Organization oriented with technical imprint
• Experience in Cardiology ward or Electrical and Biomedical Equipment Department
• Medical IT knowledge
• Experience working within a multi-national team
• Strong communication skills
• Strong customer focus
• English Fluency
• Working knowledge of French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Eastern Europe languages or Arabic is a plus
• Independent, self-starter with project management experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Willingness to travel within EMEA (30-50%)
• Based in Europe
