Must haves
• Advanced standard of education (Bachelor degree or similar)
• Clinical or nursing background a plus
• Process thinking & solutions oriented problem solver
• Quality improvement focus
• Proven track record in data analysis & affinity with numbers
• Ability to self-manage time and prioritize workload
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), fluent in Norwegian and English
• 4-7 Years Cath Lab combined with hospital working environment or 4-7 years experience in a Supply Chain environment
Nice to haves
• Project management and/or Change management experience
• Lean Sigma a plus
• Worked in International multi-layered matrix organization
• General knowledge of healthcare / hospital practices and standards
• Expert/Pro knowledge of Excel and MS-Office suite
Travelling to other accounts in Scandinavia or Europe may occur occasionally.
We envisage full time application; this post requires you to be on-site in the clinic daily Monday-Friday.
