- Nursing qualifications, general science degree, or similar preferred
- Post Graduate qualifications highly regarded
- A minimum of two years’ experience in Electrophysiology, clinical or medical device Industry setting
- Demonstrated knowledge & understanding of simple & complex diagnostic and ablation procedures in order to operate as a technical support expert
- Demonstrated knowledge of 3D electrophysiology mapping & navigation systems
- Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal communicator and presenter
- Customer focused: Anticipates customers’ needs, understands and delivers excellent customer service
- Professional presentation / presence
- Copes well under pressure and adapts to changing priorities
- Enjoys interacting and participating in a team environment, but is effective at self-direction
- Self-motivated, positive, energetic and enthusiastic
