MUST HAVES
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in data analytics is a must
• University degree and relevant experience in the field
• Analytical mindset
• Work experience with building dashboards and KPIs and combining reports
• Work experience with VBA or MySQL
• Work experience with Microsoft Access or any other relevant database software
• Ability to automate some of the operations and remove manual work
• New role so a go getter, somebody who will be able to influence the role itself is important
• Able to work with senior stakeholders
• Very good communicator
NICE TO HAVE
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a strong advantage
• Experience in healthcare industry is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of Tableau
