Talent Management Consultant - RTG

Master’s degree (I/O Psychology, MBA, or MA Human Resources)
•
Prior Talent Management experience in a global organization and/or external
consulting experience for a global, matrixed organization
•
Subject matter expertise in talent planning, performance management, talent
review and succession planning, competency modeling/role profiling
•
Ability to travel up to 15%
•
Project management experience
•
Facilitation experience, particularly with executives
•
Change Management or Org Design/Effectiveness experience
•
Track record of success working in a highly matrixed global organization
•
Experience in program/process design, as well as process improvement
•
Prior experience with various assessment tools, for example 360’s, MBTI, Hogan,
Discovery Insights, etc.
•
Experience taking data analytics and turning into insights / action plans
•
Executive ready PowerPoint expertise
•
Experience with HR systems such as Workday
•
Desire for future people leadership role
