Summary of qualities, qualifications and skills that are minimum requirements for the position:
• Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office)
• Two years minimum medical device sales experience.
• Have a Perfusion qualification or at least a minimum of one year experience in the field of Perfusion Technology
• Experience in developing new, innovative markets.
• Demonstrable success in previous employment indicated by high level of sales performance.
• Solid job skills in business administration, business planning/consulting and territory financial analysis.
• Excellent customer service, responsiveness skills; interpersonal, communication (oral and written), report writing; negotiation skills; ability to handle and resolve conflict situations; team oriented; conceptual/consultative sales skills; time and stress management skills; quality oriented; cultural awareness.
• Logical thinking and reasoning skills.
• Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Must successfully complete sales training.
• Must be insurable and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Well-groomed to represent the company’s professional image; ethical, ability to maintain confidentiality; reliable.
