Financial Analyst
REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a MBA with a concentration Finance and two
(2) years post-bachelor’s progressive experience in all of the following:
Conducting quantitative analysis to forecast financial performance, working
capital and calculate commissions; Creating long-term financial models using
cash flow projections, NPV (net present value), IRR (internal rate of return)
and ROI (return on investment) for new products and business initiatives; Applying
incremental vs. gross revenue and expenses concepts in business planning and
decision making, project prioritization or portfolio coordination; Working in
Emerging Markets in a financial role; Providing financial analytics on income
and cash flow statements for large multinational corporations; Applying GAAP
(Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial
Reporting Standards) in financial reporting, planning and analysis; Working
with enterprise reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion and Essbase and Planning
application system); Budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities to include
month-end, quarter & year-end close, expense & cost center control;
Reviewing and analyzing 5-year strategic plans (revenue and P&L); Performing
quantitative analysis in sales compensation administration, sales and marketing
analytics, commercial operations, finance or accounting.
