Principal Financial Analyst, Americas Controller's Group
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 7 years’ finance or accounting experience with a bachelor’s degree; or, advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years’ finance or accounting experience
- CPA preferred
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP and Hyperion
- Solid accounting (U.S. GAAP), finance and financial controls knowledge
- Ability to operate within a fast-paced, matrix organization and various levels of management
- Strong ability to work in financial/reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion Essbase Applications)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High integrity and self-confidence
- Experience with business partnering
- Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation
- Ability to manage and manipulate data to develop financial analysis
