Must Haves
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in medical devices, with relevant experience in product marketing, market development, sales or Health Economics
• Being used to managed complex and large projects, requiring extensive information gathering, analysis and investigation, dealing with multiple function and seniority level stakeholders.
• Experienced in negotiating with stakeholders to reach an agreement in order to advance projects. Anticipate issues and deal with them.
• Strong and on-time execution focus with stakeholders including sales teams in a dynamic environment with an ability to be agile.
• Understanding of healthcare system and experience of working with all levels of national/regional systems
• Project Management and prioritization of large projects, with proven track record of planning and execution.
• Self-motivated and self-directed initiative, experienced in working with limited oversight and guidance from manager, able to make decisions.
• Experience influencing teams and working in a matrix organization.
• Experience in creating a network of KOLs to support the commercial and clinical strategy
• Experience in working with key (patient) societies and physician leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Being at ease with digital tools
• Willingness to travel (40%)
• Living in Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Norway or Denmark

• Track record and experience in market development is a Plus
