Must have
• Bachelor or master’s degree
• Fluent in Dutch and professional English level
• Located in the Netherlands
• 3+ years of experience in commercial or clinical environment (Medical Devices/ MedTech/ Healthcare/ Pharma)
• Knowledge of Dutch Hospitals/ Healthcare System
• You dispose of the ability and willingness to teach and educate colleagues and customers
• Strong sense of responsibility, stress resistance and flexibility
• Sales/ Commercial driven, business minded and with an entrepreneurial spirit
• You are service-oriented team player concerned with helping people, both internally and externally
• Presentation and negotiation skills
• You show strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in writing and speaking
• High motivation, enthusiastic attitude, being comfortable with change and growth
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, persuasive and analytical skills
• You demonstrate the ability to work on projects/duties, both independently as well as in a larger team
Nice to have
• Operation room experience
• Product launch, territory planning and forecasting experience a plus
• Experience with SalesForce.com
• Experience with Tender management or project management
• Living in Central Netherlands or Randstad area
