Senior Financial Analyst
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP), financial controls, and other authoritative accounting and reporting guidance
- Interest in learning and becoming knowledgeable in preparation of annual Irish Statutory Accounts (Directors’ Report, Consolidated Financial Statements, and Entity Financial Statements of TopCo Parent)
- Active Certified Public Accountant
- Big 4 public accounting experience
- Ability to work effectively with several levels of management, including senior level executives, and partner with a variety of business, functional, and regional partners to provide financial support
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities while consistently delivering on time/high quality results
- Must demonstrate good judgment, tact, discretion, and diplomacy in decision making support
- A high degree of initiative and self-motivation and desire to learn
- MBA/potential interest in pursuing MBA or other professional degrees
- Ability to manage and manipulate data to develop financial analysis
