Must Haves
• 4+ years of related experience working in a call center, technical helpdesk, or desktop support team
Nice to Have
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience providing remote support to user computers, resolving problems quickly and efficiently
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret, technical procedures, specifications, schematic and governmental regulations
• Experience in small systems repair
• Experience working in the Medical Device/Healthcare industry
• Understanding of basic LAN/WAN configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience building and maintaining physical network, wired and wireless
• Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 support
• Knowledge of IIS and Web services
• Ablilty to maintain composure and positive attitude during difficult times
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
