【Requirement】
・医療機器・製薬業界における治験実務経験
・治験ガイドラインや規制当局の各種通知等に関する理解
・問題分析能力とプロジェクトチームを正しい方向へ導くリーダーシップ
・クリニカルプロジェクトのメンバーへのメンタリング及びコーチングができる
・新GCPやworking processに関する知識・理解があり、実践で活かせる
・先見性と決断力
・スケジュール管理能力
・データ・マネジメントに関する理解
・交渉能力、関連部署間での調整能力
・英語でのコミュニケーション（口頭および文書）能力

・Business level（TOEIC 900以上程度）
