Logistics Director
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead large global, direct and indirect/cross-functional project teams and deliver results
- Experience providing work direction, coaching and guidance to teams
- Experience working in matrixed teams responsible for influencing and communicating at all levels within the organization
- Experience deploying logistics technology within manufacturing environment (i.e. transportation management systems, dangerous goods management systems, real time visibility, carrier and 3PL collaboration platforms, routing guide management, warehouse management systems, claims systems, etc.)

- Experience leading large-scale enterprise and cross-functional initiatives
- Experience managing a global team or program in a large, corporate matrixed organization
- Experience with plant operations, materials management, procurement, supply chain, logistics, and/or sourcing
- Ability to establish credibility with various leaders in the organization and have courage (Act Boldly) to lead without direct line oversight
- Experience with business process improvement (preferably kaizen, six sigma, lean sigma skills)
- Experience in medical devices or other regulated industry
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with senior levels of leadership
- Strong communication skills, including with employees, clients, senior management and vendors
- Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively and partner with business leadership, employees, and vendors
- Demonstrated ability to work across many levels of an organization, from VP to non-exempt staff
- Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual organization
- Knowledge around global functional annual operating plan planning and Non-GAAP financial modeling
- Strong decision-making skills
